If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, the seller promises that you may return it within 30 days and receive a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Or, you can choose to keep the product and agree the refund amount directly with the seller.

Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

All returns must include a copy of the Returned Goods Authorization and an invoice in order to expedite the refund process. 

Clearance items are final sale only and do not apply to this return policy.


On-time Delivery Policy

If you do not receive your purchase within 45 days, you can ask for a full refund before order completion (when you click ‘Confirm Order Received’ or exceed confirmation timeframe).
